IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:
-Due to steep layout and many steps, this property is not recommended for young children or those who struggle with mobility.
-If you do choose to book with children, please be advised that the home has not been childproofed, i.e. furniture has not been fastened to walls, cleaning products could be accessible.
-Currently the area behind the house is off limits, as it is very steep and could contain hazards.
-This house is essentially a cabin in the bush. Despite professional cleaning and spraying, insects can creep in. Please keep doors closed to keep wildlife out.
-We do not supply beach towels
-There will be an outdoor security camera from Jan 2025.

-Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in the house when wet. Please bring extra towels for your dog. Do not leave anxious or destructive dogs alone in the house. Bag all poo and put in rubbish bin on the street.
-Rubbish and recycling- please leave all kitchen rubbish in correct bins outside on street prior to departure.
-No parties- excessive noise or disturbance of neighbors could result in early termination of rental.

Unique log cabin with fantastic WATERFRONT VIEWS, 1 minute walk to Frothy Coffee. Large open plan living and dining area and large modern kitchen. Located at the best waterskiing/sunbathing beach in Smiths Lake. Bed linen provided. The block is level with parking for 4 vehicles, boats etc. and the back is fully fenced in and child safe. The space
The house is perfect for entertaining. The inside table can seat 12 - 14 and the courtyard 16 - 18. There are several audio and entertainment systems that fill the house and courtyard with music and movies. The courtyard is covered and has a BBQ and two wood fired ovens - great for pizza's or a slow roast. The property is fully air-conditioned (5 seperate split systems).
We are located just 40 metres from the water with a perfect white sand beach for the kids to play on and swim. There is also a kids play-ground with swings and play-equipment just 100 meters from the house.
With just a 1 minute walk to "Frothy Coffee" you can enjoy coffee and lunch as well as hire sailing boats, water bikes, or even a tinny to do a day's fishing.
The ocean (Celito Beach) is a 5 minute boat ride away or a ten minute drive by car. Drive your boat from your doorstep directly across the lake to where it meets the ocean for a swim in the surf!

Guests have access to the entire property except the walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom, and the 2 wine cellars (which will be locked).
