The space
All photos taken in December 2022, as you can see there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, with the deck being covered and a good sized fold out awning to cover the main outdoor seating area.l if needed. There is also a heated outdoor shower to clean up after your time on the river and a fenced off area for pets and kids.

Small pets can stay but there are some strict rules imposed on us by the park owner and I have some personal rules. therefore, please message me before booking to ensure your booking doesn't become invalid at a later stage

As mentioned in the summary, it is freshly renovated,al has Foxtel, Netflix, Stan, prime video, and WiFi included.

All linen and towels included for the two main bedrooms

You will have access to the entire property excluding the lock up garage/shed. There is parking for two cars outside and an overflow area for boats, trailers etc on the grassed areas opposite the Villa

Please note mobile phone reception in the area is ok for Telstra indoor and out, but is patchy for Optus and non existent for Vodafone.

If water sports, hiking or just plain ol chilling out is not your thing then just be aware there is limited other things to do in this area as it is predominantly geared for water sports and fishing

The space
Complete luxury awaits in this 2 bedroom cabin for your exclusive use. The master bedroom sleeps 2 in the queen bed and the second room sleeps 2 in the double bed and an additional person can sleep on the fold out sofa which becomes a king single, sleeping 5 guests in total. Everything in the cabin is brand new and includes a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, microwave oven, electric oven, electric frypan, rice cooker and more! Every room has split cycle air conditioning to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.

In the living room you will be able to enjoy a round dining table to seat 6 and a large comfy plush sofa. The 65 inch Samsung smart TV allows you to access Netflix, Apple TV, Paramount, 7Plus, 9Now, Ten Play and many more.

Unlimited strong internet is available for multiple devices through Starlink with satellite connection.

A Webber Genius BBQ is available for use throughout your stay.

Two single kayaks are available for unlimited use during your stay to enjoy time on the river. Lifejackets are provided.

The Whitehouse on Wisemans is located just over an hours drive North from the center of Sydney. Situated within Tasman Holiday Park, you will have access to onsite parking at the rear of the cabin with space for 2 cars or a car and boat or jet ski. Access is not available to the garage. You will have exclusive use of the cabin and will be able to enjoy the expansive grounds of the park with access to the pontoons for launching kayaks and the boat ramp for launching boats or jet skis. Please note this cabin does not provide a private mooring. The many palm trees provide a wonderful space for picnicking in the shade by the river. Picnic chairs are provided for your use.
Other things to note
The Whitehouse on Wisemans is waterfront, located right on the river so young children should be supervised at all times. Safety and behaviour while staying in the park and in my cabin are the responsibility of the guests.

Please note this is a family park, no groups or parties are permitted. Loud noise should be kept to a minimum. This is a peaceful and relaxing place to stay and as the cabins are located in close proximity to each other I ask you to please consider your neighbors during your stay. Neighbours are entitled to contact the park manager should they feel guest behaviour is not appropriate. Any call out fee for the Park Manager due to behaviour will be passed on to you.

Mobile phone reception works well if you are a Telstra customer. Other providers may not work in the park. Unlimited strong wi fi is available throughout your stay to help you stay connected if needed by messaging if you are not with Telstra. Other providers may work well in Wisemans Ferry village which is a short 2km drive.

Wisemans Ferry village is home to the historic Wisemans Inn Hotel, established in 1827. It offers great pub meals for lunch and dinner. You can find great coffee and general supplies at the Wisemans Ferry Grocer and the Heritage Valley Cafe is open for breakfast and lunch and sells ice cream and old fashioned lollies.

Loss of keys
Once you access the keys from the lockbox you are responsible for them until your check out. Please note there will be a charge for loss and replacement of keys.

"Rivertime" cabin offers a comfortable retreat for families or groups. With 3 separate bedrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax.

Master bedroom: Queen size bed, large dresser, air conditioning, and a small oil heater for cooler months.
Bedroom 2: Sleeps 2 singles (bunk beds), small dresser for clothes/hanging space.

The waterfront is lined with large palm trees giving plenty of shade, and there is a jetty from which you can fish or enjoy a swim. There is plenty of outdoor space with a large furnished enclosed deck and a lower paved area where there is a new BBQ, large umbrella and tables and seating for 8. Telstra has the best mobile reception available, other networks eg Optus, Vodafone etc, do not always receive coverage. Free WIFI is available

NO PARTIES
Please do not make loud noise, because it may affect neighbouring cabins. Penalties may apply for any damage or destruction caused during your stay. you are welcomed to invite friends to visit, but their safety will be your responsibility.

SELF CHECK-IN
The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instructions carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check-in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check-in date.

LOSS OF KEYS
Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices will come at a fee for cost of replacement.

During checkout, we also request that all interior bins are emptied into the exterior bin provided and all electricals are switch off and key is returned to the lockbox.
