This bee sanctum was built in 1933 by Mr. Emanuel Tochaček, an erudite and respected beekeeper that became famous in Europe in the mid part of the 20th century for its expertise in apiculture.

The space
It is something unique, that you will hardly ever forget. A luxurious, mix of wooden and glass house with a spacious covered terrace was built at the end of 2020 on pillars up to 1.5m above the ground. The detached montain hut built in 1930, was renovated in 2007 and is furnished in a typical country style. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. Available for use: parasol, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire site.

Tanvald, 560 m above sea level. The montain hut is located on a 2000 sqm open forest plot with meadow, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house. It can be occupied as a whole (22 people) or only for 12 - 16 people, then there is a corresponding number of bedrooms available. Only small dog breeds desired Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 400 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 8 cars) is available on the property.

It is located on the very edge of the Czech Switzerland National Park and Lusatian Mountains not far from hiking trails and all the beautiful places worth visiting. Not far from our cottage is the famous pub Na Stodolci surrounded by a farm with animals and also a great swimming pool for hot summer days. Come and relax with us.

As soon as you enter through the front door, there is a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Once you walk through the door to the left, you'll find yourself in the living room where there is a comfortable sofa that can be used as a sleeping bed when unfolded. There is also a dining area and a SMART TV and air conditioning or heat pump. A wood-burning stove is also located in the living room. From the living room, you can walk to a comfortably equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Up the stairs there is a pathway to the bedroom where a double bed sleeps 2 and two single beds. There is also an entrance to a sunny terrace with a beautiful view of picturesque cottages, a village and the surrounding nature. If you're interested, you can sleep both upstairs in the bedroom and fold out the couch in the living room. That way, both groups will have their privacy.

We will prepare the guest cottage and guests will collect the keys in the cottage after entering the pin code ( passwords ). In case guests wish a personal welcome, I will be happy to meet them in person. I always let guests know in advance about the arrival, the functioning of the cottage and the surrounding tips for trips and bathing. I am always available on the phone for guests should they need anything. I'm very happy and willing to help them with everything.
The cottage is furnished for a comfortable stay. There are three rooms upstairs. Two with a double bed and one with twin beds. The biggest one can easily accommodate an extra bed and a crib. There's a nook in the hallway for children or watching TV.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom with toilet.
There is a seating area in the annex of the property. Evening fun doesn't disturb sleeping kids.

There is a swimming reservoir near the cottage, which is maintained by the municipality during the main holidays as a swimming area. The nearest swimming is in the village Čtyři dvory, 4 km away - see photos.
In winter, the place also offers winter activities, only 5 km to the north is the ski slope Olešnice, 4 km to the south the ski area Hodonín.

The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 1 to 4 people in 2 bedrooms.

Entrance, hallway with dressing room, hall, living room with kitchen, first bedroom (2 beds), second bedroom (2 beds), bathroom, toilet. On request, we can prepare a small crib for a baby or toddler and a changing table (see photo).

In the summer season: from May 1 to September 30, the price of accommodation includes:
- complete costs excluding heating, i.e. consumption of water, wood, as well as the provision of bed linen, towels, wipes, toiletries, parking, Wi-Fi connection, kitchen utensils and cleaning after the end of the stay; normal electricity consumption is also included in the price, when charging the electric car, excessive electricity consumption associated with charging the vehicle is charged separately after the end of the stay; the electricity meter is located on the side of the cottage towards the stream. Heating in the summer season is possible free of charge with wood in the stove in the living room or for an extra fee you can turn on the electric boiler remotely.
In the winter season: from October 1 to April 30, the price of accommodation includes:

Hello. The cottage is close to the village of Markvarec, near Nové Cerekve in the Highlands. There is only one cabin nearby, rarely occupied. There is a worse driveway to the cottage, 3 km in the meadow. In return, there is magical nature and a place to really relax. The cottage has a large plot of land for various sports, the possibility of mushroom picking. Large outdoor pool with solar heating. A fire pit by the stream where you can grill. The cottage does not have separate rooms and the bathroom is in the basement.

Upstairs, you can access the open-loft room with 4 beds (1 double bed and 2 single beds) to get to the upstairs.
