This holiday home is tastefully and completely furnished and with three bathrooms (two with a bath) and five toilets, you certainly don't have to get in each other's way. The kitchen is suitable for preparing delicious meals. With a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and kitchen utensils you are fully equipped. You don't have to worry about dirty dishes. The dishwasher takes care of this. This villa is also ideal with children. - "The property is quite large and good for big groups. Location is great as it is in a quiet neighborhood village surrounded by other homes but it is very close to the train station. Train station is maybe a 5 minute walk from the house. Train goes directly into the main station where one can then board a tram to take them anywhere in the city. Once in the city, it is very walkable. We also purchased a 24 hour pass that allowed for unlimted tram rides throughout the city. This was very convenient. At the house, there is a lovely outdoor space with a table and chairs where we could sit and enjoy the cool evenings with some great Czech beer. The house also had 2 parking spaces off of the street along with a gate that closed. The host was very helpful providing directions to grocery stores and the train and the best way to buy tickets for the train. Overall a great stay and a very large house that allowed everyone to have plenty of space."

On the outskirts of the village of Vernerovice, 40 km east of the Giant Mountains, close to the shop and restaurant (300 m) are these 2 holiday homes and mini camping Aktief. The 2 holiday homes are built in a former hay barn of more than 100 years old, equipped with modern comfort while maintaining the atmosphere. You have a wide view over the farmlands and forested mountains. Don't be surprised if deer or roe are co-users of your garden and the stork is on your roof.
With the new building, we built with respect for the old, but we did use the latest techniques to use energy as efficiently as possible. The heating throughout the house is using wood stoves, electricity and solar collectors and panels. There is underfloor heating throughout the building and the insulation has been brought to the highest level.

We have our own water treatment plant on our site, so that all our waste water enters the stream clean. In our philosophy, a natural way of living and letting live is part of this environment.
