Jasmin Cottage- Is a 2 bedroom cottage with One(1) double bed in each room with portable fans , shared bathroom dining area with a 4 seater dining table and full kitchen featuring its own private entrance. (SLEEPS 4)

Water Lily Cottage- Is a 1 bedroom with 2 (Two) beds a double bed and twin bed , AC and portable fan also it has a shared bathroom a 2 seater dining table and full kitchen and featuring its own private entrance. (SLEEPS 3)

Lavender Cottage- Is a 1 bedroom with 1 (One) double bed, AC and private bathroom a 2 seater dining table and full kitchen and featuring its own private entrance. (SLEEPS 2)

Magnolia Cottage- Is a 1 bedroom with 1 (One ) double bed with portable fan a private bathroom a 2 seater dining table and full kitchen featuring its own private entrance. ( SLEEPS 2)

Each cottage is equipped with appliances and utensils to facilitate in our guests' home away from home experience.
Also, guests have access to tables and chairs which can be used to enjoy outdoor dining.

A brand new cottage tucked away on the west end of Negril. We have 3 cottages on the property. This custom cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, Large living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a smart TV in the livingroom, we Do have cable and we have strong reliable Wi-Fi, so you can enjoy watching Netflix or youtube. No A/C but has plenty of windows for that cool breeze. Everything is close by, we are right across the street from Coral Seas on the Cliff & close to Rock House Hotel.

The space
We have cozy Cottages. We are a 5 minute drive to 7 mile beach. We are a 2 minute drive to the Famous Rick's Cafe (plenty of our guests have walked). We are walking distance from plenty of restaurants, for example Sips n Bites, 3 Dives (the Best lobster), Push Cart, just to name a few

Our property manager stays on site and will be accessible at all times. we are reasonably priced and we do not provide daily housecleaning. But if you need cleaning our fresh linens/towels please let the property manager know
