- 2 CCTVs installed: 1 at the entrance, 1 facing the fence.

- Standard check-in is 3 PM, check-out is 11 AM. Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request.

- We’re unable to provide breakfast onsite due to our capacity constraints. However, guests have various options available; ordering from Gojek/Grab, visiting nearby restaurants, or utilizing the kitchen facilities to prepare their own meals.

- We DO NOT own the entire resort, our ownership is limited to three properties; this 3BR cottage & 2 studios. The pool, garden, & pond are not under our care.

- Bali’s tropical environment means occasional visits from insects, frogs, & geckos despite regular pest control. These are harmless & part of the island’s ecosystem.

- Due to Bali’s tropical climate & humidity, some peeling paint may occur over time. We regularly maintain & repaint as needed, but a bit of natural wear is sometimes unavoidable. Thank you for your understanding!

Villa Karma is situated a 2 minute walk to Legian beach. It has a variety of restaurants & dining options on your doorstep plus loads of shopping. About a 100 steps will have you at the Y Sports Bar which hosts live music and all your live sport coverage, plus it is an easy walk to various other nightspots. You will love the villa mainly because of the location as it puts you in the centre of everything. The villa is traditional in its design but with an ambience that is contemporary and modern.

The space

The villa is located in a quiet, gang lane off Jl Padma Utara, Legian. This is an enviable location and puts your right in the centre of Legian. Once down the gang lane in the villa complex, it is very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, a hidden oasis. Security is our priority and the complex is extremley secure. A 2 minute walk will have you on Legian Beach, and out the front we have numerous, restaurants, bars a supermarket and coffee shop, not to mention great shopping.
The villa is 2 bedroom/2 Bathroom (1 x Ensuite) with garden and a private pool. Both bedrooms are air conditioned, it has Safes, WiFi and Cable TV/DVD players in all rooms. The main living space is open plan in design and has a ceiling fan it flows onto the pool. There is a full kitchen with large fridge and microwave. Bottled drinking water is provided daily as well as tee,coffee, sugar, milk and condiments (ie vegemite, peanut butter, jam) and the villa is serviced daily with the exception of Sundays.
Our villa manager, Made Sarma, is a great guy and will assist you where ever possible. He can also organise full and 1/2 day tours. He has a brand new , air conditioned car and he speaks excellent English!
