Slamrekullen located inside the forest, 9 km from Ullared. 'Outbuildings' as we call it, is newly built. Half the house is furnished as an apartment of 60 square meters with loft (double bed 180 cm). On the downstairs there is a dining table with four chairs and a sofa with a chaise longue. (Downstairs there is room for an extra bed). On the backside of the house, is a lawn and paved terrace with garden furniture, totally secluded and overlooking the forest. The kitchen is equipped with a convection oven, microwave, stove, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, and the most that should be found in a kitchen. The kitchen area is also a wood-burning stove. Very cozy to light dark and rainy evenings. In the large bathroom beside the shower, is also a washing machine. We have TV (Viasat Gold) and wifi (fiber). For those of you who like snow and skiing, there are many long ski tracks in Åkulla (10 km from us). There is also a ski slope in Ullared (10 km from us). When there are minus degrees, snow is produced from snow cannons.

We are located in the countryside in the beautiful vally of Kiladalen west of Nyköping City and not far from Stockholm Skavsta Airport.The farm is located just outside the large forests of Kolmården and close to the stunning archipelago of the Baltic Sea. Many of our foreign guests express that the greatest experience was the peace and quiet at the farm, but there is much to see in the countryside. But if you want to go to the capital city it is only one hour drive to Stockholm City.

The farm has horses, our childfriendly dog Egon, the cat Myran and a chickenhouse where you pick your breakfast eggs. You live very close to nature and can spot deers and moose comming out from the forrest. For those of you who feel that you need to get away from the pulse of the big city, you are welcome to book in the Stallmästarbostaden here at Allasta Gård located in the beautiful Kiladalen west of Nyköping. There is rural tranquility in the vicinity of the large Kolmårds forests. The house is fully equipped for you, your partner and maybe the children to get closer to each other with a little cozy in the cottage.

- "Very cosy and affordable cottage :) you have to keep in mind that you have to bring your own bed linen, toilet paper, kitchen paper, dish soap, food and do your own cleaning by the end of your stay (you can always pay extra to avoid doing it yourself). The kitchen is well equipped (oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, pots & pans, coffee machine w/ filters, toaster... but I would recommend bringing a kettle if you want to heat up water quickly and a couple extra kitchen towels (we were missing some during cleaning). Overall it's very peaceful and quiet outside the cabin, with a beautiful forest and lake to explore and Osby not too far away. There is a COOP 17mins away by car if you are missing some supplies so it is not the end of the world if you don't have everything when you arrive 😉."

The cottage is located about 600 meters from the fine sandy beach in the bay of Hanö between Åhus and Haväng, right near the gateway to Österlen. The settlement is located in a holiday home area with pine forests and many nice trails to walk on. Bjurnäs B&B cottage is a nice little cottage from the late 1800s. The cottage is located as a western wing on the courtyard, which is lushly embedded in the Sörmländska greenery.

With us you get to experience staying on the country side, You have your own house with own entrance close to the host's own dwelling house. In the summer of 2017 the house was completely renovated inside. On the property there are cats, chickens, ducks and in the nearby yard there are sheep. The forest areas that are close are fantastic to hike in and there is an orientation map in all directions. For swimming there is Rastsjön 11 km drive. Perfect as a campground/training yard for sports company/association up to about 20 people.

Perfect accommodation for larger groups up to about 16 people. There is 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 crib. In the living room there is a sofa and upstairs if 70 sqm there are 9 single beds and space for more places on the floor area. Bathroom with shower, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave.

Upstairs is one room of 70 sqm that is great for social activities. There is also a sauna in a detached house on the farm that can be rented.

Newly built house for rent, not too far from Askersund, Tiveden and Vättern. In the house there are all facilities and amenities. The cottage is located next to a very beautiful forest lake (not Vättern) and with only 13 meters to the swimming area.
In the immediate area there are beautiful forests and land as well as nice MTB tracks. Two kayaks and a rowing boat is available during the summer. There is plenty of mushrooms and berries in the immediate area as well as hiking trails.

The space
Entire house available throughout the rental period. Beautiful house for rent, not too far from Askersund, Tiveden and Vättern. In the house, there are all facilities and amenities. In bedroom one, there is a king-size bed, bedroom two has two single beds and in the loft, a queen-size bed. The cottage is located separately by a very beautiful forest lake (not Vättern) and with only 13 meters to the swimming area.
In the nearby area, there are beautiful hiking areas in the forest and countryside as well as access to nice MTB trails. Two kayaks and a rowing boat (as well as life jackets) are available for rent during the summer period. Plenty of mushrooms and berries in the nearby area as well as hiking trails. Fishing is possible if you want.

Welcome to our wonderful cottage right on the shore of lake Säm, with access to a floating wood fired sauna boat! This is an "attefallshus", which is 25 sqm. It's not enormous, but it's modern, fully appointed, super comfortable and sits right by the lake. Perfect for couples! Access to the sauna is by a floating jetty literally metres from the front door. Activities in the area include golf, cycling and fishing. Only one hour and 20 minutes from Göteborg. Lena and I look forward to your visit!

The space
Lake Säm is one of larger lakes in the Västra Götaland region in Sweden. The cottage is what is called an "attefallshus" in Swedish, which is 25 sqm. It is south facing with a beautiful outlook across the lake. There is a large deck surrounding the cottage which gets lovely morning sun. The property gets sun almost all day, and late into the afternoon. As the suns starts to set you will see it lighting up the trees on the other side of the lake. The evening is the perfect time to relax and enjoy some time in the wood fired sauna, before having a dip in the lake.
There is a really luxurious "Carpe Diem" double bed (a high quality Swedish bed manufacturer. 160cm bed.) There is also a loft with 2 single beds.
We provide all bed linen as well as 2 towels per person, as well as tea towels and hand towels. All of this is included in the cleaning fee.
There is a modern bathroom with floor heating, shower and a toilet. There is a fridge and a combined microwave and conventional oven. From the comfortable couch you will be able to look out across Lake Säm.

Guest access
The whole cottage will be available exclusively for guests. There is plenty of parking on site. There is another house on the property but this will almost always be empty when guests stay. If it is occupied it will only be by myself and my wife plus family.

Other things to note
The nearest supermarket and fuel is about 5 km away, in Annelund, which is generally open until 2100.
There is a canoe available for use, free of charge, as well as life jackets and if you would like there are bikes and a fishing rod available for use.
The cottage is fully insulated and comfortable during the Swedish winter, and has both a heat pump and an electric heater. The last bit of road (just over one kilometre) down to the cottage is a well maintained gravel road that is cleared of snow by the local government services in the winter. The final part of the driveway down to the cottage may at times be more difficult to drive down, this is a distance of about 30 metres down to the lake.
The lake will often freeze in winter and ice skating on the lake is wonderful when the conditions are good!

Cozy little house, 10m from the lake, 10 min outside Nora. Patio, sauna, private swimming area, jetty and row boat. Sunsets are best enjoyed in the hammock of the jetty (summer time). The main building is newly built in 2021 with new and fresh kitchen and bathroom. Wood-burning fireplace. Open, bright floor plan. Large windows and glass doors to the lake. Newly built sauna (ready to use), but the outside and gazebo are still under construction. Quiet area with proximity to forest with nice paths, including Bergslagsleden. Golf course about 3km away.

The space
The cottage is furnished with kitchen table, sofa group, desk, etc. The kitchen is equipped with induction stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster and all other necessary equipment such as plates, glasses, cups, etc. Outdoor there is a rowing boat, dock and hammock as well as a large terrace with outdoor furniture, sun loungers and a new good grill. Bring your own charcoal, etc., if you want to grill. In addition, there is a playground with swings and small slide. Outdoor furniture, interior and household utensils are mixed old and new. There are cushions to add to the outdoor furniture. The jetty is slightly warped, but there is also a beach edge you can swim from. It's very shallow, so good for families with children.

The bathroom is tiled with glass doors in the shower. Wood-burning fireplace with a glass hatch in the middle of the house. Wood can be purchased on site. Picked up yourself behind the house.

There is one bedroom with 1 double bed (160 width). There is sleeping loft with possibility of sleeping 3 places. On the loft there is a low ceiling height. In addition, there are extra mattresses you can put on the floor downstairs, if you want to sleep more.

The sauna and gazebo right by the lake are still under construction, but the sauna is now ready inside and can be used. (Wood can be bought on site).

On the back of the house, facing the road where you come, there are some old stalls and storage rooms. These unfortunately look a little boring and will eventually be demolished. They are private. I also have some locked closets and cabinets inside that are private.

Guest access
As a guest in Sjöstugan you have access to the whole house, the sauna, the plot, the swimming area and the jetty. The sauna is just newly built and ready to use, but the exterior as well as the associated gazebo, it is not fully completed. Inside is a storage room and part of the loft as well as some cabinets turned off for private things. Also stalls and storage rooms outside are private.

Rowboat and hammock are only available in summer. Not sure what date, but please let me know if you'd like to know.

During the summer we rent out only for full weeks, with changeover day Sunday.

2 km outside Hok's community , 30 km south of Jönköping you will find this cottage. The chalet is in a semi-detached house. The cottage is located at Hoks naturcamping - a quiet and family campsite. As a neighbor, we have Hook's mansion, where you can play golf or enjoy their lovely spa. There are very nice hiking areas in adjacent forest. This is perfect for those who travel with a dog or like to walk in the woods and land.
