- "Nice " - "Fransico and Claudia did a great job at making guests feel at home. The place was very clean and quite. No bugs of anysort, a/c for blazing hot days, spacious room, small shared kitchen, pool right outside your room, walking distance to La Punta (10 mins) The whole place was well decorated, espescially the pool area. Would stay again. Highly recommend ! " - "Nice pool, I cleaned it daily due to the trees overhanging drop lots of debris in it but still nice to have. AC and Wi-Fi worked well. We were asked to vacate our room (4 hours) during our stay due to fumigation happening at in the rooms. Kitchen was decent for cooking a few meals. I came to surf and probably won’t be returning to the la punta area but a nice stay for the price. There was no hot water in our shower. "
