- "We had a great time at this hostel, the owner felt so welcoming and was very kind which made our trip. There was no issues but if there had been any the owner would be there as quickly as he could. - " If you want a peaceful nights sleep don’t stay here, it’s SOOOO noisy:-( Loud music, doors slaming, people shouting at all hours even though it should be «quiet» after 11 pm….not a nice stay unfortunatley. It is also quite some way out of town so having a car is a plus. The Lady in the reception is very freindly and helpful and the hostel has nice views but that’s about it. The «sofabed» is not suitable to sleep on due to it sinks in the middle and no madrass, we also had insects/bugs on the walls and floors so not enjoyable. Expensive for what you get compared to other hostels we have stayed in and would not recommend this hostel unfortunatley:-("

With a little investment the deplorable conditions in the staircases could be corrected. There was no kitchen, no glass, no cup, no kettle or microwave. To obtain the use of a kettle one had to descend 7 flights of steps, walk 60 meters down the street, access the kettle in the teeny kitchen built for 1 person at a time then share the 2 chairs not being used by staff to drink the tea to return to your room 60 meters and 7 sets of stairs back to the room. A little investment to provide a kettle and microwave and some cups or glasses would solve the inconvenience. Also when the internet goes out you must get dressed, go down the 7 sets of stairs walk 60 meters to report it then back 60 meters and up 7 sets of steps. "

Guest access
Guests have access to all shared areas of the hostel, including the lounge, inner courtyard, and a secure bike storage room. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. Entry to the hostel is enabled via a smart lock 24/7, allowing for full independence during check-in and check-out.

TOURIST TAX:
Please note that the tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid upon arrival. The fee is €2.50 per adult and €1.25 per child per night.

PARKING FEE:
Parking is available next to our Hostel for €5.00 per day.

LOST/DESTROYED KEY CARD:
Hostel Sveta Ana uses keyless entry cards. In case of loss or damage, a fee of €50.00 will be charged.

20:00–22:00 = €5.00
22:00–00:00 = €10.00

EXTRA TOWELS:
Every guest receives free towels with their reservation. If extra towels are requested, the Hostel charges €1.50 for a set of two (small and large).
