But nonetheless i would recommend this hotel to my friends and given a chance if i go back to HK i'd stay in this hotel again. The room was not that spacious but enough for 2 persons to move around. We had 2 beds, 1 TV (which is almost installed on the ceiling) and a working air con. Nice and clean comfort room. Do not expect a grand room as this is a budget hostel. Good enough for a place to stay for a couple of days. What i love the most about this hostel is that it is located at the center of Tsim Sha Tsui and very near to the MTR. Tranpo is very easy and hassle free. Hostel is also walking distance to the ferry terminal going to Macau and HK island. Near 7/11, McDonalds, Starbucks avenue of the stars where you can witness the symphony of the lights. The girl in the reception area was not that friendly though. Overall, I was satisfied with our stay."

It was hard navigating the hostel and the only problem we had was getting in the room which was like a series of puzzles, trying to figure out how the code works and such. The Mirador mansion itself was pretty sketchy, but once you get inside the Venetian hostel it didn't seemed so bad. Other than that, it was a great hostel for it's price. Also, be warned that no bath towels are provided and the blanket consists of 1 duvet cover only minus the blanket (yes I confirmed this is correct) an issue on colder Hong Kong nights as there are no heaters in room (air-conditioner yes). Also be aware there is a charge for staying past your check out time equivalent to another nights stay. On my first night they had NOT turned on the hot water heater switch and oddly enough the 2 telephone number on the receipt contacted an a Chinese hotel and the 2nd number correctly contacted the Indian receptionist. Wifi was good and condition was acceptable and clean."

I didn't got the chance to know her name but she was so kind. The room that Rose gave us was not comfortable, not clean, and the bed is for one person only (we booked for 2 persons and 1 Kid). We stayed there for 4days but no one cleaned and no one changed our bed and pillow cases and no towels available after all of these Rose, charged us with service charge."

This can be used on buses and MTR trains, this makes for easy transport to get around. this can be purchsed from customer service counter at any MTR station."
