- "It was a wonderful stay and we loved it" - "Arrived and staff was very friendly. However the room we booked was not the room we got. We were taken into another building through a back door and an alley. We think it was a sister business potentially (Perfume Cozy House was the name of the building we were taken in to. We booked a city view and got a room that had no view at all the window looked at a concrete wall, the bathroom looked nothing like the photos and there was a lot of electrical wires poking out of the walls. The room was very dark and damp. I understand Vietnam is humid and they don’t run the AC constantly however when we checked in the floors and bedding was damp. We ended up checking out early and staying at another location. The staff was very sorry for the mix up and started the refund process right away. They offered us another room but we had already made other arrangements. Be cautious when booking as you may not get the room or even the building you thought you were going to get."
