- "We were after a room with large space - which a lot of the hotels in Hanoi didn’t offer. This was fantastic, especially for the price point! Conveniently located near to train street and lots of shopping and eating, can walk easily to a lot of these places. Being dropped off by Grab was a little tricky, the street the apartment is on actually does not allow cars, so there’s a bit of a walk from the Main Street - if you have a lot of luggage and kids, I could see this as a problem but otherwise ok. We arrived at 9:30am where check in was at 2pm, they very kindly let us check in early at half price of another day - very reasonable! Room was clean, tv worked with a little fiddling around, very large bed and nice to have option of sofa bed too. Few apartments in the building, but never had to wait long for the lift. Overall was pretty happy with it! Sometimes you think of all the things a hotel can offer, but this was basic and honestly didn’t really need a lot more - even with our toddler. "

During your stay
Cleaning is not free but I don't wanna to fix a cleaning fee upfront. If you clean well enough prior to your departure making cleaning job small enough then I will do it free for you. Not you but I will have the final say if it is cleaned well enough. Many just superficially do it to claim that they did just to shrug off responsibility but it is still unacceptably dirty for the next guests. It's illogical to charge the same cleaning fee to everyone coz clean person (likely white ladies) after short stay differ so much fm those who stay long in big group. In the later case I will charge subject to how much the cleaning contractor charge. It could well be much more then you want to pay. Most underestimate how long it takes to bring a property to good hygien standards. Tks for yr cooperation.

Other things to note
Air quality in this area is like in the Mediterranean thick in green leaves and generous in water surface unlike in Hoan Kiem, Dong Da or Hai Ba Trung. You can give longer idle time to ACs due to strong breezes that blow throughout the day fm the lake.
