- "We were after a room with large space - which a lot of the hotels in Hanoi didn’t offer. This was fantastic, especially for the price point! Conveniently located near to train street and lots of shopping and eating, can walk easily to a lot of these places. Being dropped off by Grab was a little tricky, the street the apartment is on actually does not allow cars, so there’s a bit of a walk from the Main Street - if you have a lot of luggage and kids, I could see this as a problem but otherwise ok. We arrived at 9:30am where check in was at 2pm, they very kindly let us check in early at half price of another day - very reasonable! Room was clean, tv worked with a little fiddling around, very large bed and nice to have option of sofa bed too. Few apartments in the building, but never had to wait long for the lift. Overall was pretty happy with it! Sometimes you think of all the things a hotel can offer, but this was basic and honestly didn’t really need a lot more - even with our toddler. "

The stairs is a little bit narrow, please note if you have big suitcases and have mobility problems. The 1st floor of this building is a minimart opening from 9am-11pm everyday. The kitchen is in shared area and equipped with some basic cooking utensils. We provide a microwave, a sink, a water boiler and cups/ bowls/ spoons, etc. There are tables and chairs in the kitchen for you to sit.

You will receive the key from the minimart cashier if you check in from 9am-11pm. If not, the key would be collected from the lockbox outside the gate. Since the room is on 3rd floor, you will need to walk upstairs and enter the second door with a passcode.

During your stay
I used to have 12 years working in tourism and hospitality industry.
In the 10th year, my love with travel and interacting with traveler from all over the world, combine with my passion which sharing my beautiful country to the world motivated me to become a host ^^.

At the moment, I’m not officially work in tourism and hospitality anymore, however An House is where i can welcoming my guest and treat them with care just like a friend and family, arrange everything they may need and share them to the places that not to be missed and offer an extraordinary travel and stay experience that you cannot find a regular hotel

Other things to note
- Check-in time is after 2 pm and check-out time is 11 pm (noon)
- Please wait at least 10 mins to make sure there is enough hot water for you. And turn off when using to avoid any accidents happen.
- No smoking allowed inside apartment. Party and loud music is also not allowed in our house
- Kindly treat my property with respect during your stay and do not cause any major or superficial damages.
- In the afternoon, there is trash trolley come to our area to collect trash, they will ring the bell so you can bring the trash to put into their trolley
- In case you are not home in the afternoon, you can bring the trash along the away and put it any trash trolley stand by on the street. There are trash trolley on the Lac Long Quan street.
- Doing the Declaration of Temporary residence with the government when you staying at our place is required by the goverment (like hotel). It's just to make sure you stay legally in Vietnam and it's also very helpful in case there is any unexpected situation happen. Therefore, pls help to cooperate with us. It's appreciated

The space
The house is located in Kieu Ky, Gia Lam, Hanoi with a total usable area of ​​88m2 including 2 floors & 1 mezzanine. Stepping from the entrance, the first floor includes a living room, small WC and atrium area overlooking the backyard & river view. This area has a dining room, kitchen & mezzanine. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The front and back yards have a total area of ​​100m2, enough to park cars and motorbikes.
