Just a reminder that the 2nd and 3rd room are connected and share one bathroom, and the 4th small room is next to kitchen (not on 2nd floor), the 4th room is suitable for a single man only. The hotel is a bit far from town (drive 35 mins), but they can arrange transportation for us. A 6 pax van with driver cost THB1000/one way to town, but you can rent for 5 hours at THB1600, THB200/per extra hour, it's still a reasonable price at HuaHin. On the first afternoon after we checked in, they offered us a seafood barbecue in the evening for 6 pax at THB3800 which was really nice (need to cook by ourselves). If you stay there and you have no plan in the evening, it's a good choice. Besides, there are 2-3 small stores nearby the hotel, you can buy some drinks or snack if you need. And 2 very small massage place too, we asked them to our room for massage at night, it's around THB200/THB300 per hour. So overall, the experience was good and we had a happy time."

Breakfast was included and is humongous but options are limited and frankly it wasn't tasty. We had planned to cook most of our own meals since there aren't a lot of restaurant options nearby; this proved a little challenging as the kitchen was not fully equipped (though functional after requesting a chopping knife) and the promised barbeque grill wasn't there. You'll also need to come with a Thai speaker as there is no service in English. We had a good time, but the price/value ratio is not correct and wouldn't stay again for that reason."

The house is big enough for 9 to 10 people and yet their supplies (e.g., each bathroom is provided with only one roll of toilet paper) were only good for 6. The kitchen was awful. Dishes were greasy. The stove was dirty and old and its switches felt like almost falling off. Water pressure was a joke as we needed to take turns to take a shower. Most of the times, there was not enough hot water. There were only 2 lounge chairs at the poolside and they were dirty. "

Facilities in the the room included a settee, a fridge, kettle, chair, desk, coffee table and AC unit. The couch is comfortable with seating for 3 people. The bed has a firm mattress, 2 pillows and light duvet. There's a small corridor leading to the bathroom where there's a fridge and wardrobe. The bathroom is all tiled with a sink, toilet, geyser and electric shower unit. Liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner are also provided. The mirror is mounted high up for some reason. Unfortunately, the bathroom floor wasn't designed to direct the water towards the sinkhole. The hotel has a garden area at the back with several tables, benches and sun loungers. Other facilities are reception/dining area where the hotel can also cook some basic Thai meals. Location wise the hotel is in the heart of the foreigners and expat entertainment area. Everything is within walking distance including the beach, cafes, restaurants and bars. The big shopping malls probably require transport though. Overall I had a great stay, although the rooms and facilities are basic It's clean and comfortable. The staff are great. It's hard to complain at this price. "

The complex itself had a beautiful pool and was within walking distance of the beach (a little too pebbly for our taste but still lovely to walk along the shoreline). The service, on the other hand, was awful. This is for Building C, Room 499. I can't speak for any other unit that is not owned by this particular owner. There was no soap, nor bottled water, nor toilet paper in the unit when we arrived... and it wasn't a case of the housekeeping just being slow in turning over the room. The owner had consciously decided not to provide these bare necessities, which amounts to a 100 Thai Baht, or less if you get the stuff in bulk. If you carry these kinds of things on your travels by default, you'll have no problem. If you pay over $50 for one night in this complex, it's not too unseemly to expect these bare necessities. We called down to reception, were informed by the staff that the owner did not provide these things by default, were connected to the owner (or someone representing them), and had an unpleasant conversation with them about what a Hotels.com establishment should provide in terms of baseline items. Bottom line: the place is nice. Change units if you get #499. Not worth the hassle."

Hin Nam Say Suay is a family residence in the north of Hua Hin located at 300m from the sea. There are 2 swimming pool, fitness room, sauna, internet connexion around the swimming pool. The condo is 4.5 km from the city center, collective taxis run every 10 mins, for 10 baht. Motorbike for renta t the office. Water and electricity are NOT included. Minimum 30 days stay, because ThaIland rules.

Functional apartment and very well equipped. A bedroom with 180cm bed and flat screen TV, fan, AC, living room kitchen with TV, fan and AC. The sofa can make a bed of one person (120cm), there is also a mattress to put on floor for small children (with bed sheets) all necessary crockery, hair dryer. Towels and bed linen at disposal.
