Towels changed regularly, nice room with TV and netflix access. The only reason we scored 3 is due to the fact that we slept very poorly due to very loud noise. The hostel guests slept on top of our room and we could hear everything from the room upstairs and outside the room. For example every conversation in the courtyard felt as though it was taking place in the room and sadly it happened repeatedly throughout our stay. Moving forward we would suggest that the hotel owners consider either sound proofing or introducing a noise policy in order respect all guests. It's a shame because the room itself and the location were excellent."

The property is ideally located - 3 mins from the ADO bus station, 2 mins from collectivos to Chichen Itza, very close to great restaurants and the main town (but without the noise). The shared dorms were actually very quiet and worked well. A couple extra communal bathrooms with showers helped. There's a beautiful courtyard with hammocks and a pool! There is a quiet area near the pool that some of us used for morning workouts. I also found working remotely here really easy, it's generally quiet in the day and the WIFI is really good. Highly recommend! "
