- "I'll start with: I cant find a single bad thing i could say about Due Torri in Abano Terme. Everything was just great. Staff was the politests and the helpful of all I have ever encountered. Rooms are fantastic. Spa services are very pleasant. Hotel has a doctor who can advise you which spa services are to help you. Swimming pool is really warm and pleasant. It contains thermal water, and although its big size, its not for swimming, but for relaxing and enjoying the spa machines, such as baths (inside pool) water current, waterfalls. Breakfast was pretty good , i'd give it 4 out 5. Lunch and dinner we didnt try. For those of you with bad backs, matresses are extremely comfortable. Cleaning is 5/5. Many shops and restaurants around. You can rent a car as well as return it directly at the hotel reception. They use europcar, and i think there is no extra charge for getting it from hotel. And final advise: my gps (iGo) couldnt find route to this hotel, because its surrounded byr pedestrian area. So when you get closer change to bycicle mode in your gps, it will then make a route available.You can still drive through pedestrian area, but very slowly."

Only downside is I was there to mainly visit St Anthony's Cathedral in the town of Padova which is a 25 min bus ride on the hourly bus that comes through, so I spent a lot of time commuting. To go to Venice is OK though, 30 min bus to downtown Padova train station and then a half hour or under train to Venice San Lucia station. No shuttle service from the Padova train station so if you have a ton of bags youre taking them on a bus so there are some things depending on your logistics that may not work out to stay in this hotel."

However it has a great private hot springs pool as part of the hotel and the staff is just wonderful. I enjoyed my time here and spent few hours in the Sulfer-rich hot springs pool. The hotel is only about 15 miles from the city of Padua but it takes more than half an hour to drive there because of the traffic. I took the public bus and it took 55 minutes each way during the rush hour. My room was half-board so included one free meal everyday in addition to the breakfast. The food was very good and plenty so I definitely recommend choosing the half-board accommodation-it is well worth the extra few euros.. "

To end up with, the caring services that were offered, for the people with additional needs for help and the treatment that they received, were outstanding. - "It was great" - "Lovely hotel, very nice rooms." - "Nice older place, well maintained. Bathroom was on the small side. Elisabeth at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was good, with excellent service. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. " - "It was a nice stay, but there's room for improvements. Upon entry you have to enter the "ZTL" zone and there's not much instruction on where to park when coming front the front reception. Front desk staff was good. The room was clean but it wasn't the double bed suite we booked online. We asked for two beds as we booked, not one double, and we were down graded to a lesser room. Then we had to pay more to the hotel for this room. The room's AC is controlled by the front desk and barely cools the room to 80°F or 25°C. I'm glad we packed fans! The two twin bed, pillows were very hard, and duvets were old. The front desk did accommodate with two softer pillows. The bonus was the pools and massages. These were all fantastic! We give our stay a 4 out of 5 stars."

- "The hotel is very clean, aesthetically pleasing and well located. The staff were really friendly, especially the bar manager who went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay (legend!). Two pools to choose from, sun deck, good choice at breakfast; plenty to keep you entertained. - "We arrived in 32 degrees and the room was almost warmer than that, air conditioning couldn’t cool the room down, so a night almost without any sleep. The refrigerator was also not working and we mentioned that 2 times for the staff, end of the story- we could have another refrigerator next morning, only a one night stay so that was not helping us.
