Both rooms were similar and were clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a convenient location to hon-Atsugi eki (train and bus station) as well as restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people, it was relatively inexpensive, has a small restaurant that serves breakfast as well as other meals, and a staff that was helpful and responsive (although English is limited, but I don't feel that is strange)."
