- "Great location and staff very helpful " - "Remm Plus Ginza is one of the more comfortable and convenient hotels I've stayed at in Ginza. Right below is a Family Mart, and opposite is a Donki. It is also sufficiently near the Shimbashi station, so moving around Tokyo is easy. Best part, it is at the end of the Ginza area, so you get to start shopping from one end to another, and get back to drop off things and go again. Room is clean, sheets are clean, and toilet is dry. Amenities can be easily collected at the front desk, and they provide a daily option for 'gift' ranging from Ladies/Men's care kit, facial mask, to a pro-biotic drink. Heating is good, and you won't feel cold. I was pleasantly surprised that I could adjust the temperature and toggle between Heating/Cooling in the room. This is not a central heater or aircon, which is good because you get control. Love the rain shower and tub in my particular room configuration, and bath salts are provided in either lavender or yuzu scents. The mini-fridge has 2 packs of Gaba Chocolates to help you relax for a better night's sleep, and I really appreciate this. The Yuzu Honey Tea provided at the front desk is really good, and I noticed that this branch of Remm does refill the tea quite regularly. I really liked my stay here, and I actually booked another 2 extra days to extend. Overall, deserving of a 5/5"

It’s also close to a drop off point for the Limousine Bus from Narita, easy walk to combini, close to a subway stop (Higashi Ginza) and in the middle of one of Tokyo’s liveliest neighborhoods. Rooms were kept clean and the reception staff were extremely courteous. Loved our stay. Highly recommended."
