- "This hotel has a different name on the building, “WAREHOUSE.” It’s a pleasant property and a nice respite after traveling for several hours. I used it as a base for my 14-hour layover at Haneda Airport. No way I was going to spend 14 hours overnight into mid morning at an airport. After reading the directions sent by the hotel, I caught the shuttle from Terminal 1. I advise getting something to eat at the airport before you leave late night because the hotel restaurant will be closed any the 7-11 nearby closes at 11pm. Plan to catch the airport shuttle prior to the one you need because it could fill up easily, especially early morning. "

- "Was a little skeptical because of some other reviews, but for a week during the New Year, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids, 1 infant). It was cheaper to get two rooms and then after the New Year the rooms were very inexpensive when we decided to extend. The room can be considered small, but it was perfect to fit everything we had. We loved the ease of access to the train station. I saw reviews about laundry being on smoking floors, but I did luandry on floors 3 and 7 and had no issues with the smell of smoke, not even sure there were any smoking allowed in rooms. The amenities were perfect. Staff was amazing. There was nothing sketchy about the surrounding area, as we felt safe, just some interesting women, I guess doing their "late night work." Plenty of shops around to grab a quick snack, plenty of markets to get other necessary items for your stay. Plenty of last minute food options that were great too. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will stay again on our next visit. "

- "As English only speakers we really enjoyed our time at BaliAn even though most of the staff spoke only a small amount of English. They really looked after us, and with the use of Google Translate we managed to get things sorted out very quickly. This is a really lovely hotel, quiet and great to get away from the busy hustle bustle of Tokyo. Be aware that it is about 1km from the train station that takes you directly into Tokyo (Shibuya) but you can get a Uber or a bus there quite easily (or walk like we did). Also there is not too much around the hotel itself, so eat dinner in town before you come back (though the yakitori place by the train station is awesome!). The hotel provides a load of free stuff to use, including foot baths, fish pedicure, massage chairs, a self-serve free bar, etc., etc. I would highly recommend staying here if you want a calm peaceful place to relax."
