So, I paid almost double. - The breakfast was included; however, they didn't serve breakfast for my kids. (Shame on you, this is Moroccan hospitality) - The first time I saw one pillow/person in a hotel. I asked twice for a pillow, but I didn't get one. - The staff is there, all beginners. They can smile on your face but will not do anything for you. - The pool and gym are on the booking apps. However, they are misleading; you have to pay $20/per pers/day if you want to exercise for 20 min. I tried to cancel, but it was not refundable.
