However we would have liked to have had ordinary (black) tea and milk in the room and maybe hot chocolate sachets and a coffee machine for proper coffe (as opposed to only fruit tea and nescafe sachets with whitner powder). Drinks in the hotel were also a bit pricey (although this was the case throughout the resort). Overall very pleased."

- "Location is perfect" - "We (three adults) stayed in a two-storey mezzanine room and it was the perfect accommodation for our ski holiday. There was plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs with a sofa that pulled into a sofa bed, bathroom, a separate toilet and wardrobes downstairs and upstairs too. We had a balcony with amazing views of the mountains. The decor of the room and whole hotel is lovely, very cozy and feels very ski-esk. Breakfast was included too which includes cold and hot food. The selection was quite random, but we all enjoyed it every morning. The spa / pool area is lovely and clean. You could spend a good few hours relaxing in there. The location is perfect. The hotel is just located off the main street with bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the gondola too. The only cons really were that we weren’t sure which room we actually booked as this wasn’t very clear when booking. I managed to get in touch with the hotel and they confirmed this for us. Also there’s no kettle in the room, we bought our own travel one. 100% recommend for a ski holiday. "

It has a shuttle bus to and from the gondola. We stayed for five nights. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had half board and the breakfasts and dinners were good with a buffet for both. For dinners where there are fewer diners they do table service. There is a spa with pool, sauna and jacuzzi which was good. We went in the morning and were the only people in there. The hotel also had a dry room for ski and snowboard equipment. The rooms are clean and spacious with all the facilities you need. While some people may find some of the furniture a little tired and old fashioned I thought it had a nice look and feel. I’d recommend this hotel for those hitting the pistes and hope to return myself next year. "

At this point I had bad impression already didn’t want to make the situation worse so we just accepted the second room . The all inclusive service was quite frustrating. Cocktail wise , all they offered was the sex on the beach and tequila sunrise. For some unknown reason , they didn’t want to make other cocktails. Therefore the whole cocktail menu seemed very limited. The buffet food was great with variety of foods that were well prepared. Drink wise from the machines were very cheap and watery. The spa itself was very good , had a lot of spa rooms and space. The cleanliness was on point. Mini fridge bar in the room was quite empty, we finished all the drinks in one night. The next day and the day after nobody refilled the fridge."

- "It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly.
