- "Such friendly staff and beautiful food. We all had the best time " - "This was a great place to stay for the night. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff and a great setting. The building is very quirky with loads of character and a really homely feel. The food in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast was great, good choice and all tasted fresh. Used the pool and spa area which wasn't huge but very well kept and good facilities. Really reasonable room rate with breakfast included. The grounds looked like it had some nice garden areas but didn't I get chance to look round it all. Overall, couldn't fault it and would definitely stay there again next time I'm in the area. "

- "lovely" - "We had a very comfortable stay at the Kings Arms. A lovely old inn in a pretty village near Bath. Friendly staff, comfortable room and bed. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. " - "This hotel is lovely. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room ‘The Kings Room’ was huge and very comfortable with all amenities including a cafetière with good coffee provided. We had an excellent evening meal. The menu was limited but the crispy pork belly starter, the duck and the lamb were beautifully cooked and served. Sadly, we had to leave early as I had a small accident and the weather was very poor which prevented any visiting nearby towns. We had planned to eat at the hotel a second night as it as so good. We will certainly return if looking for a place to stay near to Bath."

A fan was available which helped a little. If stairs are an issue for you - find somewhere else. Okay for a quick one night stop but wouldn’t recommend for any longer.
