The staff was helpful and kind, from the security guard outside the hotel, porter, manager, receptionist, and the housekeeping personnel. Our room is clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is good. At Melia, we feel like almost home. The hotel is in a strategic location for shopping, etc. We definitely stay here again when we are in KL. "
