- "Ok to stay for 1 night. Location not near to town." - "Tv not ok..... Can't fix at all" - "This is our second time at this same hotel. The last time we stayed two nights. This time we stayed five nights. This time I feel not so welcome. I came back because the first time was good, the staff, the everything. We like the location because of eateries nearby and not crowded as in KL central. The breakfast could have been much better. We were quite unlucky this time as there was a convention on on one of our nights there and the morning, our breakfast was horrible. We were served buffet and the plates were all used up and we had to make do with bowls to eat anything, eg toasted bread and when asked the staff for plates, they like ignore us. Other mornings were better. We hope they can serve more varieties of breakfast other than those same ones every morning. The coffee was not as hot as prefferrred, rather lukewarm for all mornings when there was buffet served. Housekeeping was below par as toilet rolls were not readily available."

- "Good " - "The room was clean, the air conditioner really cooled the room, free mineral water provided, & the shower was running plenty of water in an area supposedly subjected to water rationing. When there was a blackout, we were replaced with another new room within 15 minutes, which was great. There was a KFC restaurant nearby which was really convenient. The only feedback I have is that earlier on there were some suspicious people loitering outside the Hotel but I only found out later that they were actually helping to fix the blackout. The most pleasing experience actually is the booking process: booking for this Kajang Star Hotel via my Hotels.com mobile app was extremely easy, fast & reliable, & just before I checked-in to the Hotel. - "nice to beach" - "Didn't get the room I had booked.Booked a two double-bed room but only got a room with one single and a double bed. They did not have my booking eventhough I had booked it almost a week earlier. The front office staff was not sure of my booking but apologised later for their mistake. Was actually asked to move to their other hotel in section 9 but I refused as I had chosen the hotel because of its location. Very strategic location as there are a supermarket and many restaurants surrounding it.There is a also a vibrant night market there everyday except Monday night.
