Breakfast was not the best, some of the packaged food was out of date and the fruit/ salad looked as though it had been left out for days. Quite a small selection of hot foods and mostly pastries/ cakes which is not ideal for breakfast. There was a great selection of cheese, breads and drinks. Balcony was a decent size and room quite large, in a great location too. Spa was quite small and access is restricted to certain times and also was closed on a monday. Pool and outdoor area was lovely."

Supermarkets and shopping facilities are close by, making it easy to get anything we needed. The hotel staff were friendly, and the food was good. We traveled as a family of four (two adults and two kids), along with two other families, and had a fantastic time. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as steam, jacuzzi, and sauna facilities, which made for a relaxing stay. Additionally, there were pool and table tennis facilities, along with evening entertainment provided by the hotel. - "We have just returned from a 5 night stay at Dorada Palace and had a brilliant holiday. We arrived on the 1st day of opening and were unsure what to expect but didnt need to worry. Only half the hotel was open as the other half is still being renovated but all the facilities were open. Pool area is clean and a good size, plenty of sun loungers. We were on B&B and enjoyed the breakfast...the choice increased as the hotel got busier. We only ate lunch from the pool bar once during our stay but the food was tasty. The service at the pool bar could be slow particularly when it was busy but put this down to the staff learning and wasnt an issue for us. Rooms were clean. We did find them to be on the smaller side particularly when you had cases to store but no major problem. The animation team were fantastic, really engaging and got as many kids involved in the day and night time activities as they could which was impressive as there weren't many kids there in the early part of the week. Also a shoutout to one of the female life guards (not sure on her name) who was brilliant with our kids and was really encouraging the younger one with his swimming. All the staff were friendly and apologetic if service was slower than they would like. As the hotel was new we expected some teething issues. Hotel is in great location....10-15 minute walk to Port Aventura and 3-5 minute walk to nearest restaurants, bars and supermarket. All in all we had a great time and would return"

- "Very helpful staff." - "Breakfast time its to short less then 4p mins, even worse for someone thats used to eat so slowly. " - "Fantastic" - "Great stay for a family of 4. The portavntura tickets being included made this a really good deal. We stayed B&B and were satisfied with the breakfast. Choices of cooked breakfast, pastries, yoghurts, milkshakes, fresh fruit, pancakes and churros. Plenty to pick from. The pool area is basic but always got a sun lounger despite what time we headed out. There are no inflatables allowed in the pool but pool noodles are provided for younger children. A pool game of water basket at 15:00 every day. Did not use mini club but saw there was somewhere indoor with games, and a film on. Small park and artificial grassy area that kids play football on. Hotel provides a bus to portaventura world, we found this unrealiable. The first time we tried getting it, we arrived a few mins early but waited so long, and realised it must have left early. We then caught the next one but on leaving the parks we arrived in good time so not to miss the bus back to the hotel. We queued and waited a good 30 minutes, the bus then arrived and everybody piled on, resulting in it being full and my family had to then walk to a taxi rank and pay €15 to get back. Overall I would recommend the hotel. It was always clean in all areas. Happy with room conditions for the basic room, it was spacious. Our balcony was huge as we were on a corner room. The bed was made up, I don’t think sheets were changed every day though and towel provided every day but the last, which was odd as we still needed showers on the last day"

I had accidentally booked for one person instead of three but Samantha and all the staff team were so helpful and kind in rectifing my mistake and made us feel at ease straight away. The staff in the hotel were extremely kind helpful and friendly throughout our stay. This is a 4 star hotel with a 5 star feel. We were given the change to upgade our room for a very small fee and were delighted with the space and amenities in this room. The pool areas were very enjoyable and we attended a night of fantastic live music on the rooftop pool and bar on one of the evenings, which was brilliant and was a great addition to our holiday. We stayed half board and the breakfast and dinner options were brilliant. My two friends and I have varied diatery needs and preferences and there was so much variety and choices for each of us. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and I can honestly say our stay in H10 Delfin was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing I have had. - "Ras super hotel " - "We stayed in a family room that was large enough for two adults and two kids (12 & 10). The room had two large beds and a couple of chairs. Though the room was very comfortable, but it did lack basics as there were no tea making facilities and no iron. The reception was also unable to provide a kettle! No water provided either and nowhere in the hotel to get ice or even hot water to make tea. Note when arriving by car, you have to park about 30m away from the hotel reception and carry your bags in. You then have to immediately move your car to the carpark. The bell staff weren't particularly helpful. On the plus side, the reception staff were helpful and polite. We opted for half board which was good value. Big buffet breakfast in the morning and another good buffet in the evening. But you have to pre-book a time slot (40mins for breakfast and 60 minutes for dinner). Waiters come round and remind you how much longer you have before you need to leave! Good food though. The hotel is only 7 mins walk from the 'hotel guest' entrance of PortAventura. The walk is through themed grounds (Wild West) lined with a few restaurants, so a nice walk. Our stay included fast track tickets to the park as well, so we could enter and leave the park unrestricted throughout the stay, and use the fast track 10 card on 10 attractions within two days of first use. Colorado Creek is a great choice if you have a car and want to visit PortAventura. "
