The disappointment came from the restaurant undergoing a seasonal change of menu during our stay. The already limited choices were reduced further due to the availability of certain ingredients. Despite the many accolades and premature praises for the chef we found the dishes uninspired except for the lobster salad. All dishes arrived at our table lukewarm and the paella was borderline edible because of its high salt content. All in all dining was not an experience worthy of such a great hotel."

- "What a treasure! This boutique hotel is located at the top of the village with lots of parking. The hotel is an artful restoration of a centuries old building. Excellent amenities and a good solid breakfast. The own is also at the front desk and will direct you to the best foods and wineries to tour! Fantastic wines in this Priorat village!!
