Big downside was no place to eat without at least a 10 minute walk and even then the options weren't great - KFC, MCD, a porridge shop, a mediocre chinese cafeteria style place, and a couple of other places that closed around 9-9:30pm so if you were working late you are out of luck. Also, because the road is partitioned off getting a cab in the morning could be a little slow sometimes, but generally fine. "
