The in room dining menu stated it was available up to 10pm but when I called at 9.45pm, I was told it was no longer available. The ding from the elevator could be heard in the room." - "We stayed at the Sheraton Tianjin Banhai Hotel one night prior to a cruise. Upon arrival, we were greeted by very helpful staff who spoke English well enough to communicate (and we wished that we could speak Manderin to make the process even more helpful!). The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the Tianjin cruise port. The night manager was not sure where the port was located but he investigated the situation for us and lined up a driver the following morning. He was very kind and we really appreciated his hard work on our behalf. The staff could not have been better. The hotel has a lovely restaurant and a great sports bar. Order the vegetarian wrap -- I've never tasted anything better!! The shower in our room was amazing, too. We loved it."
