- "Really excellent" - "Overall a great property and excellent service. Rooms are very modern and well maintained clean comfortable and quiet. The front desk was extremely helpful. The included breakfast buffet is quite nice. There’s a charge for hot items but there’s so much available there was no need to get anti my in the menu. Prosecco included for the free buffet. It's little bit of a walk to the downtown area but they do provide a golf cart shuttle in the evening. They have off site parking and will valet it for you. Nice beach access and their umbrella tables have a lockbox you can use with a RFID bracelet from the front desk. Great to keep your phone and water safe while you’re in the water. Nice pool sky bar pool on the 6th floor roof. Only complaint is we had guests over. buying drinks chilling in the pool but after a while the bar manager said our guests could continue to drink there but couldn’t be in the pool. While the pool isn’t very big was a little silly that you would let people drink at the bar but not use the pool. "

- "Not enough parking, had to park on the street. Staff not so friendly. Advertised as dog friendly but would not agree. Dogs are not allowed on the beach, breakfast room / restaurant, pool.. would be nice to have known this information before booking, as it clearly states dog friendly. - "We chosen to stay here for it’s location and convenient access to the beach. What we didn’t expect and were surprised of how everything was spotlessly clean to include pool and the beach every day. Room was cleaned with fresh towels every morning with the smiles and food was amazing. On specific days there were treats but on the Ferragosto owners have really gone the extra mile! Children entertainment is organised every am and pm so we even had a little bit of time for quiet drinks on the beach to enjoy ourselves. - "When I wanted to call the hotel to tell them that we arrive late at night, I could not reach the hotel on the phone. There was an automatic voice saying that the call is forwarded, but nothing happened. Neither the phone number provided in the booking, nor the phone numbers on the webpage of the hotel worked. Fortunately, Expedia could confirm that a) the booking was confirmed by the hotel b) late arrival is possible until 11pm. In addition, I wrote an Email to the hotel during our next stop/break. I appreciate very much that they called back, telling us a possibility to drive to the hotel after 8pm, when most traffic through Caorle is blocked. So everything was fine in the end. Still my feed-back to the hotel would be that they should double check their forwarding system for phone calls. This will make life easier for future guests trying to reach the hotel on the day of arrival :-)"
