- "We have just returned from a fabulous 2 week holiday at Byron Bellavista! The hotel is the next to last at the much quieter end of the Lido. On arrival we were allocated a very small room with a tiny bathroom and shower. We contacted reception who kindly moved us to another room, which was far better. They even moved our baggage for us. The service in the restaurant is second to none! Cristina, Raphaella and their team are exceptional! I would say worthy of 5* and can’t thank them all enough for making our holiday extra special! The food was equally amazing! A wide range of dishes to chose from each evening, all cooked superbly, with a ‘treat from the chef’ each evening too! The breakfast menu had everything you could wish for and a special mention to the chef who made us the most delicious omelettes each morning! The reception staff are fabulous - and will do all they can to assist. Nothing was too much trouble! We would love to return in the very near future and just hope that some of the existing staff are there in our return! The free bike hire was brilliant, although some of the bikes are in need of a service, if not replacement. But still a great way to get around!"
