- "Being in the middle of the park is wonderful. We were close to both the giant tree path and the twin sister lake path. We even hiked to the sunrise viewing spot. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets were good. They have water filling stations throughout the hotel. Oh, the gym was not usable. They had 2 treadmills (one had a loose belt), an elliptical and a bike (both not working) and a total of 10lbs worth of dumbbells. If you don’t have a car, an overnight stay here maximizes your time in the park. Their shuttle does pick up and drop off at the bus station. That’s what we did."
