- "From the time we arrived , we were greeted with a welcome smile.Check in was super fast. The view from our room was to die for. Amazing !!!!!!. The room was large and spotless.We booked a 3 night stay and had 3 great sleeps. We booked the restaurant everynight and found the food excellent. The breakfast was lovely. Every member of staff went out of their way to make out stay very enjoyable. It is evry central to Spike Island, titanic experience and next door to the Heritage Center. To sit and watch all the ships coming and going was magical witha glass of wine.Woke up one morning to find a cruise ship berted just a bit away from our window.Some view.The hotel also has they own parking.Will be back guaranteed."

We sprung a slow leak in our rental car tire coming into Cobh. Kevin went above and beyond and fully handled the situation for us on a Sunday! He got us a new tire, changed it out and had us on the road early Monday morning. We didn’t miss any sights in Cobh or on our trip up to Kilkenny thanks to him.
