- "It was a bit hard to find initially as the signage was high up and couldn’t see from the car. Once inside, lovely and food very good." - "It's very convenient as it's right in front of the train station. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the main tourist attraction, so it's a bit far, but I can leave my luggage at the hotel, so it's not a problem at all. The room is a bit small, but the closet and bathroom are large. I can see the train station right in front and I also have a small balcony. However, when I went, it was under construction and there was scaffolding installed, so I couldn't enjoy the balcony. If I come here again next time, I plan to come to this hotel. The location is great."

- "I had a wonderful stay here. The staff was so nice and helpful. The location is ideal for the Christmas markets. The town is charming and I want to come back when the flowers are in bloom. You should know that the free shuttle won't bring you to Place Jeanne D'Arc during the market season. It only goes from the train station, one stop to Theatre and then you have to get off. The walk to the hotel from there isn't bad, unless you have heavy luggage or have trouble walking. You'll get to see some market stalls on the way. - "We had very poor to non existent wifi in our room on the 3rd floor. We were there for 4 nights and found a lack of storage in the room and washroom. We asked several times how old the building was and its history especially our room on steel stilts. No one seemed to know.
