The staff were very helpful and multi-lingual, water was always available in the lobby, umbrellas were available to guests, as well as free bag storage. The AC in the room was quiet and very effective, blinds were completely blackout, and the bed comprised of two twin mattresses combined into one with two separate comforters - which we actually liked as a couple, no competing for sheets! - "The staff was super friendly and was able to answer all questions. Breakfast was good but a little overpriced doe the options they have. The room was clean for the most part except the carpet, it was gross. The walls are thin and when room service started cleaning at 9AM, it was so noisy through the connecting room door. Side street parking wasn’t an issue, I just downloaded the app and kept adding time to it. It was better than looking for garage with parking available during Christmas market time. The train station was a three minute walk away if you don’t drive. Overall my stay was good. "
