ONE extremely serious complaint......both Expedia and the Hotel state that there is a provision for Wi-Fi and Internet service. On every floor. This is an IMPERATIVE in my case as it is a WORK TOOL that I MUST HAVE available 24 hours a day. IT DID NOT WORK. I had to go to the lobby from the 5th floor EVERY TIME I had to use the Internet or Wi-Fi. This was brought to the attention of the hotel personnel with no remedy in sight. I paid a considerable amount of money for my stay and expected to get what I paid for. IN THIS REGARD I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR. "

The decor is a bit old fashioned, but beds were comfortable. Clean sheets and good towels. The room carpets are the only exception and could be a bit cleaner. Clean bathroom with good toiletries. It was a bit small, but fine for a short stay. The shower curtain was too long and wide and would benefit from being fitted a little better. Breakfast only really had cold options, but was reasonable. Supplying cereal and fruit in plastic tubs isn't very eco-friendly."
