- "This hotel is not big or modern but it's clean. Friendly staff and right on the beach. Which was almost like a private beach when we stayed as there were hardly any other people. The water was warm and clean. A negative is that our room 67 shower had hardly any water coming out of it which made it hard to rinse the soap off. And it would be nice to have a soap for the hand sink and one for the shower. The beds were comfortable and it wasn't noisy so was able to get a good nights sleep. I would return to this hotel in Covenas. "

- "Hotel looks beautiful from the outside and the rooms are fairly new. But there were a few glitches like there was no wifi in the rooms even though it was stated several times on Expedia that there was in room wifi. There was no phone in the room so if you needed anything you had to leave your room and walk across the street to the other half of the hotel where the reception desk was. I noticed the side of our sheets on the bed appeared a little dirty but ignored it, however was very irritated when after 2 days of being there they did not clean our room that day even after we asked the manager for the cleaning staff to clean our room. Finally at night we asked them again and they told us they didn’t have any clean towels to give us. The cleaning staff basically didn’t seem to enthusiastic about cleaning but we did end up finally getting clean sheets and 1 clean towel. Also breakfast was not included which is very rare for Colombia. They also didn’t “allow” us to drink our own alcohol on the beach which is also something I’ve never heard of in Colombia. Property was undergoing renovations also so perhaps explains the no wifi. The staff in the kitchen and by the beach were very friendly and helpful so we give them a 10! Overall reasonable price for a busy holiday period and pleasant property but just some things to be aware of."

- "Its fine" - "Honestly, it was kinda amazing! I was a little nervous because of the raitings, but it exceeded my expectations. You do get what you paid for: the room was super basic (only had a sheet to sleep under), but TV and AC worked and there is a mini fridge. A guy at the reception and the lady serving food were very nice. Didn't get to use the pool, as it was closed for cleaning, but granted, it was a Monday. I absolutely loved the proximity to the beach, it's literally in the backyard. We only stayed one night, but in the morning we got to chill on the beach.. rented jet ski, rode floating thingies behind the boat, had cocktails, and just relaxed in the loungers."
