- "This is a charming special hotel. Everything great. It is an old colonoal era buiding that was first renovated by Don Pepe for his family and then renovated by one of his sons was an architect. Oir room had q balcony over looking the inner courtyard. Air conditioning, and Direct TV with CNN as the only English language xhannel of you want to subjectnl yoirself to the horrors of times and CNN sensationalism on vacation. The staff were super helpful with top notch service. They even reminded us when it was time to leave to make our dinner reservations Breakfast was very good. I had the cayeye which was the banana mixture with cheese. Its better than my description. Delicious bread location is great. Terrific restaurants nearby ."

Staff needs to pay more attention to cleaning( especially the shower and the floors). Excellent customer service from Saidi, Jaime and John. To get here you need to get a moto or a jeep from Minca. I took the jeep ( 100,000 COP). When you leave, take your time. The jeep that the hotel requested for me was 50 minutes late. Wifi was also down. Also , order your UBER in Minca when you leave, so you can pay with a credit card. There are plenty waiting for you when you get off the jeep . The hotel will offer to reserve one, but is not cheaper than Uber and you need to have COP to pay. "
