- "Perfect" - "I really like Blu Hotel, but when I booked the room, it said that it has a pool. There’s no pool in the premises. I had to go across the street to the partner hotel, which I thought it was false advertising… the service & staff were great. " - "I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. Before booking a 2 day birdwatching tour to Minca, I asked the front desk if it was ok to leave my luggage in their storage room overnight and pick up the next day. They said yes no problem. Then when I checked out and wanted to leave it there, they said their manager said no unless I was staying there. That put me in a annoying situation...but luckily the tour company was able to keep it at their office in Minca. So, I am not happy with service because of this episode. Other than customer service, the hotel is ok."
