It is highly inconvenient if you are placed in a 3rd-floor room, because there is no elevator available and no one to help you: you have to take care of your own luggage, bringing it upstairs. Be careful with the premises: I came back one afternoon, just to find the door open and the bathroom flooded. Fortunately, I was relocated to the room next door. If the locks are that weak, every room should have a safety box at least: beware of this bringing a good padlock for your suitcase yourself.
