MARINKA Waterfall is just 8 min down the hill (20,000 COP to get in , has a restaurant and nice suspended nets to enjoy the view of the waterfall. Water is cold, so bring a towel and a jersey with you. Recommendations: sheets need to be ironed. Need one dresser in room # 5. Staff needs to pay more attention to cleaning( especially the shower and the floors). Excellent customer service from Saidi, Jaime and John. To get here you need to get a moto or a jeep from Minca. I took the jeep ( 100,000 COP). When you leave, take your time. The jeep that the hotel requested for me was 50 minutes late. Wifi was also down. Also , order your UBER in Minca when you leave, so you can pay with a credit card. There are plenty waiting for you when you get off the jeep . The hotel will offer to reserve one, but is not cheaper than Uber and you need to have COP to pay. "

- "I had an absolutely amazing stay for 6 nights in early December 23. My room was great and included the use of a shared full kitchen w/refrigerator. It had a great glass-walled balcony nestled right in the jungle with banana and mango trees at arm's length and beautiful birds hanging out right there.. the view across the river valley of the thick jungle mountains was quite spectacular. In the evening I would use the upper deck and have a drink overlooking the road on one side or the scenery and starry night on the other.. just a nice place to hang out. It's an interesting fifteen minute walk downhill through bamboo forest to town. You can get back easily by hopping on the back of a motorcycle for less than 2 bucks US. There are a couple of good places to eat within a few hundred metres of this hotel as well as a beautiful waterfall which was one of the coolest breakfast adventures I've ever had. Take your swim trunks and flip flops because it involves a jungle river crossing.. all within shouting distance of your room! The two brothers who run the place both speak English and are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place! "

Mundo Nuevo is not just a Lodge in the middle of the jungle, it is also a project of self-sufficiency, a coffee farm that you drink for breakfast, avocados , mangoes , lemon trees and other fruits that you will eat in season, it is also an organic vegetable garden that we advise you to visit and if possible take the famous tour to farm Table.
Numerous activities are offered from the hotel. When you arrive at Minca, turn left at the police station and continue along the road for 3.2 km. It's about a 60-minute climb. The road is steep but pretty, passing through vegetation, small waterfalls and our vegetable garden halfway. we encourage you to travel this way because it is ecological and beautiful.

You can take a motorbike taxi at the same place where you are dropped off by the colectivo. Moto Mink is the only organization whose papers are in good standing. It's an easy way to reach us in about 12 minutes. 20,000 cops. Make sure we give you a helmet and wear long pants.

With its 4×4: Attention!
To bring your own vehicle, it's imperative to have a 4x4 high with 4-wheel drive, and a solid experience in Off Road driving. It is impossible to ride with Duster vehicles that do not have enough traction for this type of path. Try to come in the middle of the day, before 4pm. Avoid coming at night for the first time. In the rainy season (September to November), the road can become very muddy and very difficult.

Our kitchen is mainly vegetarian with a unique menu served at fixed hours. ( we have no shared kitchen).
The water is drinkable and 50% of the consumption of fruits and vegetables already comes from the farm and its vegetable gardens.
