The ground are beautiful and they have about 18 colourful and friendly macaws roaming around , plus a few other saved animals on site. MARINKA Waterfall is just 8 min down the hill (20,000 COP to get in , has a restaurant and nice suspended nets to enjoy the view of the waterfall. Water is cold, so bring a towel and a jersey with you. Recommendations: sheets need to be ironed. Need one dresser in room # 5. Staff needs to pay more attention to cleaning( especially the shower and the floors). Excellent customer service from Saidi, Jaime and John. To get here you need to get a moto or a jeep from Minca. I took the jeep ( 100,000 COP). When you leave, take your time. The jeep that the hotel requested for me was 50 minutes late. Wifi was also down. Also , order your UBER in Minca when you leave, so you can pay with a credit card. There are plenty waiting for you when you get off the jeep . The hotel will offer to reserve one, but is not cheaper than Uber and you need to have COP to pay. "
