- "Amazing location, right in the heart of Cartagena. Amazing decor with lots of plants around the multiple terraces. Breakfast was delicious! Staff were really helpful and catered to all our needs. Very easy check in, our first room was the Santorini room which was a lovely room with an outdoor seating area, the only issue for us was the steep spiral staircase to the bedroom, followed by an equally steep spiral staircase you needed to take to the bathroom. We’re in our 60’s and although not unfit didn’t fancy going up & down the stairs during the night. We asked to be moved if possible and luckily a ground floor room was available. Bed was great, sheets were soft, pillows were lovely. Towels in the bathroom were thick & fluffy. No noise at night which was lovely. Breakfast in the morning was whatever you wanted off the menu, which was very enjoyable. Just one note the coffee in the room is not free, 5,000 pesos per cup. If you’re looking for a place to stay that is out of the ordinary this is definitely it, would stay here again."
