Hotel had an event every single night during our stay & we heard the music in our room till 3am every night. Second negative is the breakfast buffet is very disorganized. You are not allowed to serve your own food which is inconvenient because there were only 2 employees serving breakfast at buffet so line was extremely long. When buffet ran out of a food item same employee serving guests also had to go back to kitchen and get a brand new tray of food to replenish what was finished. This made getting breakfast a lot longer than expected. There was also 1 waiter serving drinks to all tables at breakfast restaurant. I asked for a coffee which took long to get. There was no sugar or spoons at table so I had to flag down waiter to ask for sugar & never got, so I had to get up check every table to see where I can grab sugar from. My parents were born & raised in Barranquilla. I was born & raised in the US. As someone who has the best of both worlds & knows both cultures well I am giving my honest opinion.
