And though we do not speak Portuguese, we did not have too many difficulties communicating with any of the hotel staff. Indeed, the service was very good: Because our train did not leave until mid-afternoon, we were allowed to stay in the room past normal check-out time. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Solneve, and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Covilhã."
