The hotel replied confirming this. When we arrived, the security gate was shut across the car park and we hadn't been given a code. When we rang the number from the booking a security guard from another hotel a 10 minute drive away answered but was unable to help us. After trying all options to get into the property we had to drive to this other hotel and pay again for 2 rooms. I have contacted the hotel following this, for a refund, but they have not replied. "
