- "We stayed in a hillside chalet for two nights with our little dog. The chalet had perfect views of the lake and it felt very private. You could hear the birds singing and we even saw a red squirrel right outside our window. The chalet has a rustic feel, with a very comfortable king sized bed, bathroom, and a handy fridge. There is a railway path just behind the lodges for convenient dog walks with lovely views. Excellent continental breakfast with a good choice of cereal, fruit, ham, cheese, toast, pastries etc. The owner is very friendly and helpful and has a beautiful black Labrador who is equally friendly. A perfect stay if you want a relaxing break away from everything and a very easy place to stay if you have your pooch with you. We will hopefully return. "
