I asked for an optician in town, but they did not open until 1PM that day and I had to go to the conference. The receptionist on duty (I don't remember whether it was Lisa or Nina) offered to take them to have them repaired for me while I was at the conference. Service above and beyond. The breakfast was made to order by Ruth or Monique depending on the day right in front of you. The restaurant dinner was excellent and the servers knowledgable and always with a smile. If I am ever back in the area I will definitely stay there again. The elevator was small and very slow which was keeping in the style of the grand old facility. Actually rather enjoyable to slow down. Thanks for an enjoyable stay."
