All of the staff we came into contact with were quite simply....exceptional!! Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome throughout our stay - a huge credit to the hotel. If we have to give any negatives, it would be the room amenities i.e.. mini bar and refreshment facilities appeared limited for a 5 star hotel. The bar menu for food was very limited on choice although what we did have was very tasty, healthy and filling. We would definitely return to this hotel,"
