Both hotels were excellent in terms of facilities, room quality etc, but this one really does stand out because of the staff. From the receptionist to the cleaner, to the staff in the restaurant, service was faultless and the difference with the next hotel was noticeable, despite both having the same rating. It wasn't that the staff at the next place were sub-standard, but they made noticeably less effort to make the experience special for customers.
