Pros: attentive and professional staff, prompt service, cleanliness of hotel and room, room insulation( for a hotel packed with kids, we never heard a peep while we were in our rooms), activities for kids, hotel shuttle that brings you to Old Town and the beach, variety of food, hours that meals were served, attention to detail (toiletries for kids, pillows for kids, water fountains and cups in every floor, kid-sized toilets and stools to reach the sink in the Kids Club), Kids Club, proximity to restaurants and bars Cons: pools were freezing (we ended up using a wetsuit for our kids), food was sometimes cold, I had diarrhea on my last night. I thought it was just a one off then but I’ve been seeing many posts on the Facebook page for this hotel that others have experienced food poisoning… I was fine by the next morning so it wasn’t a bug and I didn’t eat anywhere else, having to pay for bouncy castle and go-karting at an all-inclusive. I would return to the hotel. Hopefully the food situation would be resolved by then. "

Service at breakfast is also slow and unorganised. Everyone is friendly enough but they aren’t very efficient and every member of staff gives you different information.
